Shipping policy

We take great care in packaging your items. We handwrite every single thank you note, select each sticker, and make sure opening your Ellie & Shell bag is a joyful experience for you. Because of this process, please allow 5-10 business days for products to be shipped out and delivered to you. (my mom is not tech savy, please practice patience while she tries to get her $*!t together while I'm still at college)
